1、刚刚入住，电水壶坏的，服务员很凶问：什么时候住的？怎么弄坏的？十分不情愿的送了一个水壶。 2、房间的门一直报警. 3、退房时说房间里的书不见了，要赔偿，我们提出仔细查房，后来说书找到了！
