优点是：山庄的整体环境不错，空气好，定的是行政套房，房间挺大。缺点：但是配套设施不好，首先进房间发现赠送的矿泉水有一瓶是被喝过的。其次发现漂亮的浴缸不能用，告知没有热水，难道仅作为摆设？然后固定在墙上的电吹风是不通电的不能用。最后绝对要提一下的是早餐，几乎是我有生以来住酒店吃的最简陋的早餐了，就稀粥加点小菜，配送的小包子实在很敷衍，都没有什么陷～总体来说这900元的房间价格花得不值得

环境很好，安静，吃饭也方便，附近很多农家乐可以选择，带着狗狗很方便，离高速公路远了点，早餐有点简单。

最差的是太阳能热水器，水小还不热，放1/3浴缸用了半小时。就这种水还忽大忽小忽冷忽热，幸好现在是夏天。澡盆淋浴房都不干净。大家说的虫子倒是没遇到。订的这个山湖语行政标间竟然没有湖景。酒店只提供2个大茶杯，也不干净，我们一家3口来没带杯子，都不够用。漱口杯没有杯盖也没有杯垫，就倒扣在台面上。所有镜子都没有镜灯，晚上贴面膜都看不见脸。早饭也就只有2种粥和几种面食。天泉湖风景很好，晚上星星很多，也很凉快，但是下次来不会住这边了。
