酒店低调大气，微笑贴心服务满意。整体装潢装饰比较高雅整洁，色彩舒适。细节做得很好，感觉像在日本。特别是大堂的洗手间、房间的卫浴间、洗浴用品、毛巾、浴袍、床也很舒服。
酒店的管理层很用心，以后回故乡探亲扫墓、访问等还将会选择彭城Hotel。值得推荐！

酒店在苏宁生活广场旁边，步行300米距离。酒店虽然在闹市区，但是大门低调隐蔽，进入以后别有洞天。院内有地上车位和地下停车场，车位充足。前台工作人员很热情，说话简洁爽利，给免费升级了房间。房间宽敞，盥洗区域特别大，两个洗手台，还有化妆台。床品还可以，除了沙沙响没别的毛病。早餐38一位，因为睡晚了没能体验略遗憾。隔音效果一般，床头有一次性耳塞。房间内没有乱七八糟的消费品，有菜单可以预约，单人餐80，双人餐150，感觉挺好的，下次还会定这里。
