工作人员很负责，房间整体环境不错，地理位置佳，一出徐州东就能看到。唯一缺点就是楼下在装修，有一点吵。总体好评！

赶第二天高铁订了这家酒店。到店后前台主动帮换了个1.8m大床房，值得称赞。就是进了房间老婆说有股很浓烟味，我感冒没有闻到，想着不给别人前台添麻烦了就没提出更换房间。床什么的也蛮舒服。第二天到家感冒好点。拿出行李箱衣服和身上衣服全一股烟味，只好重新洗过。中途高铁无烟，路上也没人吸烟。就是上个住客抽太多烟了估计。希望能注意改进。
