2017.12.30下午7点，服务区提交订单一小时后下高速到酒店，由于导航不精确，电话致电酒店服务台，服务台那个不耐烦啊，连讽刺带挖苦，我一外地人咋知道你奥特莱斯，即使不知道就很傻吗？再打电话询问就直接挂机，就这耐心还是别做服务行业了！到了前台都不敢承认是自己接的电话，好好的一酒店就被你的服务毁了前途。
