作为经常出差住酒店的商务人士我说几句：第一该酒店设施比较陈旧，马桶漏水，还得自助冲水，漏水漏了一夜。第二，卫生不理想，桌面上还有橱柜陈列台上很脏，星星点点的水渍，应该是没擦干净，地板上靠近墙面的位置灰尘较多。第三，服务各级分化，服务员王琳服务还可以，前台服务员服务也不错，包括值班室的值班人员服务也很到位，就是退房时，查房确认足足等了10多分钟，前台服务都看不下去了，催了多次。总的来说，此酒店最多三星了，跟四星差太远，建议要求高的朋友直接预定A座，据说A座是准四星，第一次来不了解ab座情况，还有徐州这个季节整座城市都在飘杨树的毛絮，出行慎重

艺龙网上找的高分好评的酒店，入住体验很不错，特别是早餐，干净味美，种类繁多，超值早餐。服务员3817好评，服务认真很细致，热情周到。再次来徐州还会入住。
