夜里才到，等了一会才给房间，老人孩子都很累，感觉不人性化，而且下面在修路，有点吵！房间设施比较旧。

①酒店老，以前四星级酒店的配置。被子感觉不卫生。但大堂／电梯都不错，以前星级酒店的韵味还在。
②洗澡热水不行，要么冷，要么烫着。
③服务：两年前带全家住过一次，服务相当热情，先给升级到套房，又给送来了迎宾水果，说话相当热情友好。但这次颠倒了过来，那叫一个冷啊。责任心、待客之道显然没有，感觉没有工作热情。
④早餐：38元／位，应该说不错，品种多，服务也好。（餐厅是承包出去的）
⑤酒店的位置就在徐州火车站，距离长途汽车站走过去200米，转车相当方便 。
