酒店位置不错，出行方便，周边小吃美食也不少，不用动车就能享用当地风味。酒店后面有个小停车场，也能停不少车辆。酒店非常整洁、干净，服务也不错，性价比非常高。

锦江之星的服务很好，卫生干净，每天免费两瓶矿泉水，网速快，大床很大，床垫和枕头都是软银适中，睡得舒服。酒店距离汽车总站不远，约900米走路15分钟，汽车总站有往返观音机场的大巴。

前台接待服务态度很好，周边交通很便利，门口有公交站，酒店卫生也不错，房间较大，就是早晨6点以后才可以入住，五点半到了徐州，等了一会儿，整体感觉不错。
