酒店整体很差，尤其是前台服务人员态度恶劣蛮横霸道无理说只有身份证可以证明本人信息，那些没有身份证的咋办呢？有士兵证的警官证的为何不能入住酒店？酒店不按法律法规制定管理规章制度，制定了也没有公示，床单很脏估计好久没人住了也不换床单了，
