这个酒店住了多次，这次感觉房间不一样，服务员很耐心调换了房间，大堂副理刘莉听说后跑道我房间，仔细问了情况，又给我调换了一次。我常年出差，基本是四星级以上的酒店，这次大堂副理刘莉的举动让我有点意外！十分感谢酒店培养出这样好的员工和干部！谢谢！

地理位置很好，周围吃饭购物很方便！对面就是徐州之夜！到东站刚开通地铁！打车40多分钟，30多元！方便！房间很大，刚装修好，设施很新！就是浴缸有点漏水。

来徐州住的第二家酒店🏨，老酒店了，地理位置方便，管理还是比较规范，前台接待及客房服务员、餐厅服务员很很有礼貌、主动热情。早餐比较丰富。房间虽有些设备老旧，但维护的不错，卫生整洁。特别提一下洗手间内有个专用的饮用水🚰龙头，很好👍。酒店出入也方便，总之，此次入住比较满意。

来徐州旅游住的酒店，位置很好找。旁边就有个金鹰，早餐也蛮丰富的，服务热情，环境卫生都不错，有落地窗可以坐在窗口看夜景，下次来徐州一定在来??

定的亲子房，相当于两室一厅，空间很大。整体感觉还还行，就是酒店有点老旧，淋雨和盆浴放水不太好用。电视显得有点小。早上餐厅在顶楼，风景也还不错，口味也还行！
