卫生间门锁出故障打不开，人被困在里面近1小时，维修工人最后把门锁拆卸掉里面的人才得以解脱!退房时提到这个问题前台服务员竟然说最后不是出来了吧，呵呵!出不来那事可大了!无语呀!服务员素质有待提高
