房间整体感觉还不错，但第二天没有通知尽然停水了，喝的水都没有，让前台安排送两瓶水还让自购！差评！不是两瓶水的事，根本一点不为消费者考虑嘛！下次徐州出差坚决不住，牛逼的前台！

这是我在艺龙上订所有酒店的第一次评价，是不得不吐糟。前台服务冷漠，态度极差。房间空调制热无力，热水要放10分钟以上才会热。毫无服务意识，退房后躺在大厅沙发等火车，先后遭到保安驱赶，好不让躺着，我们可以坐着等，没问题，可之后又来了个保洁人员拿着桶过来刷沙发，我们还坐在沙发的情况下来刷沙发！真的是闻所未闻，见所未见。贵酒店等着倒闭吧。
