前台服务那叫一个差，连餐券每次都能忘，细节讲解不详细，顾客问两句就不耐烦，有不同意见就要吵架，干嘛呢？让你们服务的还是撒泼的！然后餐厅阿姨态度也超烂，一副泼妇模样，以后再也不会入住！我周围的所有人也不会再入住！毫无工作流程和制度可言！五星级酒店也不会把自己当大爷吧！
