前台态度太差，且房间设施老旧，有浓重异味，灯光昏暗，枕头上还有未打扫的发丝，什么鬼酒店，再也不会住这了！

中式古典大房，价格实惠，档次却感觉很高。尤其是拉窗即看云龙湖和云龙山，山水共一色，漂亮，夜景更好看！出门对面云龙湖，走两步就是徐州美术馆和湖滨公园，右拐步行十分钟左右就到美食一条街。本人自驾游，但在这个宾馆入住后，基本上可以考虑步行了！

卫生间味大了点，换了一间还那样，应该是装修时存水弯没做好的缘故，早餐还行，空调噪声也大了点，加上临街，整晚睡不踏实，房间够大，窗外景色一级棒，服务还行，毛巾和他的装修一样旧了点，房间还挺大的，设施还行。
