第一个房间空调轰轰直响，吵的不行。然后去服务台要求换个房间，压根不想搭理！后来旁边的服务员换的标间。空调十几分钟没反应，找人修，告诉我，她只能告诉我如何操作。冷的不成样子，打电话给服务台，一直打不通，后来坐电梯下楼时碰上服务员，她说为什么不给服务台打电话，我说打不通，就被教育了一通：为什么不知道加播0！店里根本没有加播0的任何提示！考试结束回来，竟然一点热水也没有了！

电视机基本没法看，大床房空调基本不制热，噪声大，就像马达在旁边响。后来换了标间。房间挺大的，空调声音还有点大，制热效果不怎样，就比大床房好点。
