没有动过的额外消费的剪刀，硬是莫名其妙说是我们开了包装，被讹钱了。也就是说只要服务生包装撕开，都可以说是客人用过的了？可怕！酒店水池下水道堵塞，五金全部生锈，淋雨与浴缸在一起，体验差。冲着有浴缸订的，结果是根本无法泡澡的，只能来站脚的破烂浴缸。床垫是很不舒适的弹簧床，太软，无法入睡。实在不知如何称得上星级酒店。负一万分。
