  整体的服务非常好！室内室外都有不同的温泉，室内还有儿童游乐设施。酒店服务也非常好，泡温泉回来发现服务人员把袜子都给洗好了，非常感动和感谢！还有欢迎水果饮料！早餐也比较丰盛，服务也非常好！五星好评！以后还会再来！

  最近几年春节回老家都预订这家酒店，客服人员服务态度诚恳热情，环境卫生干净整洁利落，前几次来没去游泳馆，节前带儿子去游了大半小时，水温28度左右，比在市里游泳馆游的更舒服，这次来入住泡完室外温泉又汗蒸，回到房间客服人员又免费赠送的水果盘，饮料和特产小孩酥，时间三个小时够了，没来的及游泳，下次早些时间入住，游泳，泡温泉，再汗蒸，舒舒服服睡个自然醒，放松身心，最好带本书，吃完早饭回房间躺在太阳下看看书，让心归零，远离喧嚣，一次很愉快的度假体验！

  疫情期间不方便外出，酒店入住需查验行程码，外市需要时限内的核酸。带两个孩子入住标间，1.35的床完全可以。房间自带小阳台，视野挺好，因为带了孩子客房主动送上了小牙刷和拖鞋，后续又给了水果和酸奶，酒店的所有服务人员都很友好，听说我们去温泉及时叫来摆渡车。酒店住客可以享受温泉的优惠价格，停车很方便，早餐种类也比较丰富。地理位置的关系，周边没有方便吃饭的地方，外卖基本也送不到，可以在酒店内餐厅订餐，春节期间这个价格和服务都很不错，贾汪旅游首选。

  光看评论就很值得去了，听同事讲已经去了好几次，也是一致的满意。真实体验真的很好，周围环境非常好，青山绿水，酒店硬件非常到位，温泉和游乐是孩子的最爱。重点是服务，处处用心，很多惊喜，在上海入住过的五星级也没有这么细致，有机会一定会再去！

  离市区有点远，不过自驾挺方便，有自己的停车场。酒店硬件设施齐全，房间配有加湿器很周到，环境优美，去的时候赶上雨天温泉没有泡上，服务态度非常好，卫生干净，适合家庭出行。
