酒店前台孙小姐服务特别好，酒店环境也很不错，感觉住的很满意，各方面都挺好，下次来徐州还要来这边住宿，给人宾至如归的感觉

卫生一般，交通不是很方便，楼道味道刺鼻无法忍受。房间没wifi。服务台开发票都出错，还花较长时间，急着出门办事发票没发现错误也不能入账报销。很差劲的一次住宿体验。

新开业酒店有点味道，还好有空气净化器，卫生，设施，服务都不错，位置有点偏，不是在繁华地段，距离公交站有点距离，河边环境不错。
