酒店设施很差，根本没有四星，比快捷宾馆的设施还差很多。入住以后，下水管道的臭味非常的大，酒店的蚊子虫子很多，服务上也非常的，不到位，服务员服务态度很不好，周边环境，如果没有车根本无法出行。从未住过那么差的酒店！！

房间有老鼠，没有解决，下午到的，晚上必须退房，找的徐州的朋友，依然收了一半的房费！特别说明：安排的还是三楼的房间！
