服务员态度非常好，亚朵式服务。
早餐环境好，菜品也不错。
网速很快。
硬件品质都很棒。
唯一不足：酒店在主干道十字路口，车流量很大，加上徐州没有禁鸣喇叭，房间靠马路侧噪音非常大，虽然酒店已经在窗户隔音上做了努力，减轻了很多，但对于浅睡眠的人来说靠马路的房间慎选。

酒店位置很好，距离市中心和火车站都很近，早餐很丰富，品种多样，中西餐都有，前台服务员很热情，唯一不足是没有停车场，车可停在路边。
