酒店设施还行，前台服务员服务意识有待加强，当天入住办完手续到房间刷卡开不开门，打电话找前台告诉刚刚办理的房卡打不开门，服务员问哪个房间，叫什么名字？好吧，你们也是为了安全，告诉你名字了，等了5分钟楼层服务员姗姗来迟开门了，并告诉到前台重新刷一下卡。把东西放好，下楼刷卡，到前台让重新刷一下卡，把卡给她，好嘛，又高高在上问哪个房间，叫什么名字？火气一下就上来了，你们的失误，不但没有丝毫歉意之心，还一副高高在上，像审贼似的态度，令人特别厌恶。我刚办完手续不到10分钟，当时前台根本也没有其他一个顾客办理入住，我想任谁都应该还有印象吧，何况我还告诉你了，我刚刚在楼上也给你打电话了，你还核实个什么劲？一看我火气上来，两个服务员还来脾气了，说这是规定，这是哪门子规定？你们的失误造成的问题，没让你们来解决，还让我来服从你们的规定？？？
