因车辆故障，无法按时赶到住宿地，根本就没去住宿，提前打电话退房也退不了，就这样白白浪费我1干元钱。心情特别不好。都没住成还让评价酒店设施等，让我怎样评价

和朋友一起带小孩儿到草科乡游玩定的住宿，感觉是这最好的酒店了吧，设施很新，装修色调也很淡雅，用光很用心，还是非常不错的，夏天可以带小孩儿来这避暑，员工餐厅吃饭也方便，还有小孩儿健身器材等之类的，唯一就是温泉需要到别处泡，如果有个后门直通温泉山庄就更方便了，不用绕一圈啦

不得不说是这附近最好的一家了，设施都很新，唯一美中不足的是没有温泉，需要到隔壁去泡，但是下次要去依然会选择这家，早餐的包子贴别号吃，先生吃了三个，妈呀，另外暖气很足，衣服第二天都干了，总之让我觉得这个春节住得性价比很高

走道，房间都没有地毯，代之的是地砖，地板，房间居然还是铁钥匙开门，无开门房卡。没有24小时热水，单独一个电热水器，用水忽冷忽热，用到一半停水了。县城300多价位的住宿，确实没有任何亮点。要不要去住各位看着办。个人觉得就是公司招待所重新装修了下而已，和专业的酒店尚有差距

垃圾！一次很差的入住，房间烧水器坏的，退房时要求原价赔偿，不给客人任何解释机会，客房电话无法用.服务态度极差.有史以来最糟糕的一次酒店入住.还不如外面的客栈.希望各位旅客谨慎入住。

草科乡最好酒店，还可领券免费参观仁宗湖大坝，周边泡温泉，吃草科鸡都很方便 ，性价比超高，值得推荐给大家
