酒店服务一般，饭店服务比较差，上菜不按点菜时间先后上，随意性很大。后进饭店后点菜的饭桌还先上菜。

整体环境、卫生等不错，特别是鹿鸣到蓝水晶的河边值得徒步，个人觉得比正景区还值得游玩，风景很漂亮，除开节假日，很适合享受2人世界，也适合带小孩子亲近大自然。价格还是略贵，400标间，没注意是几星级的，估计最多3星级吧？蓝水晶、白鹤林、鹿鸣都是一家的，游客中心倒是有一家，入住了鹿鸣才知道，价格估计也是坚不可摧吧。垄断，在哪里都是不受欢迎的
