卫生：推门而来的就是满满的霉味，再来看看下图是什么！！！其他的不用多说了……
用餐：晚上酒店内用晚餐，先点了菜订好7点开席，结果7:30还没上菜，餐厅除我们之外无他人用餐，但经几次催促到近8点才吃上。价格畸高味道却很普通，竹笋炒肉要38元，碧峰峡景区才18元！！！ 第二天八点多来吃早餐菜全都是凉的，品种也很少，据前台说单卖要50元／人，简直是无语……
服务：办理入住花了20多分钟，发现床上的🐛致电前台后服务员上门还很快，解释一通（不是蟑螂，是我们打开窗户后爬进来的小虫）就准备撤离。我要求换床单被套，服务员又解释一通。在我坚持撤换的要求下，较快换完飞速离开，没有表达任何歉意。
位置：酒店离碧峰峡25分钟车程，好像是附近离景区最近的。
评价：性价比极其不高，自身定位高端但硬件设施和人员素质远达不到。非自驾或跟团人员不推荐，要坐交通车才能进入景区。我们入住当日酒店还接待了国际友人，就这种卫生和服务，不仅仅是自砸招牌，连带毁坏景区印象！

外围环境好，内部房间大，可能是通过网上订房，给的房间刚好在伙房附近，抽烟机声音很大
