酒店环境很好，温泉池也比较多，只是鱼疗池要另外加收20元。 不巧的是晚上停了两次电，泡完温泉准备出去吃烧烤时发现外面的烧烤店已经关门了。

第二次入住，环境依旧良好，服务品质优良，增加几个温泉药池，水质卫生良好，早餐时间更人性化，品种更丰富。同程服务还是一个字：赞。下次还会用同程服务，还选楠水阁温泉酒店。👍

很不错，非常满意，小朋友也很喜欢，可以一直玩水，我们是温泉游泳池来回换着玩，去了就不想走，如果有机会，以后还会来！

这个酒店简直不能用差评来评价了，挂牌4星，实际我觉得三星都是抬举它了，进去看大堂很大气，谁知道连空调都木有，房间设施也很陈旧，3楼被子都是潮的，晚上居然还停电，停电才发现发电机电瓶又是坏的，完全没应急措施，早餐品种少，也不好吃，温泉水也不是特别干净，总之非常糟糕的体验，不会再去！
