酒店太老旧了，房间一股霉味，空调和热水都不给力，浴袍也是脏脏的。温泉也是烧的开水，比较失望。

公众好评度还是很有参考价值的，酒店确实太需要改进了，不管冷水还是热水都小，温泉出来后洗澡差点冻死，头发都没敢洗，早餐要早点去，晚了就绝对没有了……现在艺龙订房网络支付成功后现场还要给一次钱，然后三天后艺龙再将网络付费退还，美其名曰担保，但是网络支付我用的信用卡，当时付费成功后银行短信告知的是消费，而并非预授权，目前还没有收到退款
