服务态度差，早上退房的时候，服务员说我们把茶叶袋子撕开了，我上楼去看了一下茶叶袋子上面有一点点撕开的痕地但没有完全打开，我和我老公两个人又没有小孩，我们去的时候自己带的茶叶根本就没有动他们的消费品，服务员一口咬定是我们打开的，我就无语了，大清早的碰见这种事影响我一天的心情，后来他们主管来了看了一下茶叶袋子说是他们服务员没看清楚，前台接待人员从登房到退房就没有一个微笑的，服务员查房说茶叶打开后，只是说了一句你自己上楼去看吧。这样的服务态度对的起你们前台挂的3星级酒店吗？
