提前两天就订了一个大床，到店前台非要说没有，说先安排一个标间，中午在换大床，中午等我再去换的时候，前台就说安排错了，已经入住了换不了，差价也不能退。我刚想理论理论呢，前台三个人一起蹬着我，似乎是不服来干，吓得我不轻，还是忍忍吧。睡一觉就过去了。
