这也能称为国际酒店真是笑话，到房间后发现空调是坏的窗户是坏的无法关闭、联系前台换房工作人员居然说：你这是网上订的还有要求！他们能说出这理由真怀疑是智力有缺陷、难道网上预定和到店预定是两个标准？房间太垃圾更不要说………
