酒店的整体环境设备还是蛮好的，办理入住的时候还是挺快，房间卫生很干净，酒店的位置很好，湖对岸就是红街，酒店提供免费电瓶车接送至红街口子，小助理安娜服务意识很好主动联系发定位，酒店价格实惠，环境好，性价比不错，房间干湿分离很好，淋浴间和马桶是分开的两个地方，停车场数量充足，酒店自身环境就很不错，设施齐全，房间大镜子我很喜欢。挺不错的酒店。电梯亮堂宽敞

很不错，房间干净卫生，前台服务人员非常热情，办事效率高，接待我们的小助理Lisa很贴心，还给小朋友送了儿童洗漱用品，送了加湿器，体验感很好。

服务很好，酒店环境算是延安最好的了，前厅Amy有提前加微信沟通，服务很到位。酒店还有去红街的摆渡车，旁边的嘉华酒店看着也很不错，下次可以去那边住，感受一下！

首次入住延安的万达酒店，位于红街对面，有特别宽敞的地面停车场，酒店的服务人员都特别热心，管家Linda(小钟）有给帮忙推荐周边的小吃店，本地菜，太称职[强][强]
