服务太差，态度不好。卫生条件差，房间有味，水温不够，连卫生纸都不放足。装修太旧。唯一好处就是有电脑。

位置不错，老城区，吃饭坐车很方便。就在商业圈，房间装修风格很好，服务也相当不错，虽然在商业圈内，但晚上睡不吵。但是，不是窑洞风格。只是酒店叫做窑洞。

不满意有以下几点：1.根本就不是窑洞；2.设施陈旧性价比低；3.不让刷卡，不方便；3.卫生也很一般；4.什么双炕单炕都差不多，电梯里面明明写的是豪华双炕和标准双炕，骗子。
