非常满意的一次体验，国庆期间去的，卫生干净，设施设备好，两张1.5米大床，三口之家也够住，无需加床，舒服，安静，有免费地下车库，安全方便。带早餐，早餐品种丰富，味道赞👍
离开酒店几小时后发现衣服忘拿了，赶紧联系前台，很爽快就答应给我邮寄回来，真是很贴心！服务超赞！下次去延安就选他家，还会介绍给身边的亲戚朋友们。

因为来延安观看全运会乒乓球赛，选了这家离场馆最近的酒店；环境很好、去场馆也非常方便，配套设施算齐全，整体入住舒适度还可以；但是房间没有行李架，箱子只能搁地下这点非常不方便，同时既没有商品部也不提供客房送餐服务，一旦回去晚了想吃点东西只能靠外卖，这两点作为四星酒店感觉有点遗憾

卫生间没有放手机的地方，洗澡间设计不合理，衣服没地方挂，洗澡间和床之间没有帘子，透明玻璃带孩子可以在洗澡时看孩子，但洗澡时带大一点孩子，需要时没帘子不方便，没找到防滑垫，面盆太高，孩子用够不着

酒店卫生和管理都挺好，住着舒服。特别提一下前台有个漂亮服务员态度值得表扬，为我们解决了房间续住问题。唯一有点不爽的事情就是在网上订是一晚350元，酒店前台延续一晚是299。

经常来延安出差，在新区这家酒店挺有名的，住过几次，延安冬天挺冷的，就是感觉暖气不怎么给力，早餐也还可以。

这家酒店天天举办婚礼，人气爆棚，不太容易预定，房间设计基本合理，设施比较全面，档次较高，但是细节还要注意，洗手液要及时添加，智能照明窗帘经常失灵，早餐比较丰富，地下停车场车位多

酒店是新建的，位置在延安新区，离市政府和延安大学非常近，设施比较新，服务也不错。唯一需要改进的就是早餐，品种需要调整和增加。

送孩子上大学，选择离延安大学最近的酒店。真心不错。环境干净安静，服务态度给人感觉亲切到位。早餐品种齐全。作为上海市民首次去延安，对延安影响极好，对延安人民影响极好，对该酒店的影响也极好！下次来延安看孩子，继续首选该酒店。
