房间一般～床很硬～热水是温水，给的团购房间厕所门都没有！服务态度差！说在艺龙网预定的开始前台直接说没有！房钱都预付了到店了还这么丢给我一句。一个前台负责的见我快发脾气才打电话去确认！真不知是患短暂性失忆症吗？酒店人员要多培训，不是让你们卖笑，但也不要哭丧着脸给客人看！客人不来酒店消费，你们吃空气吗？？？
