  到了之后去办理入住才发现根本没有给预留房间，最后正好是有间房卫生间有问题，有人退了房，服务员就把有问题的房给了我们住，也没说房间有问题，等进去才发现马桶坏了，洗手间里都是水，而且前台的态度很不好，服务也一般，住了三天都没有人来打扫过房间
