酒店服务员素质太差，我发现充电器落在酒店里，我急时询问前台人员说服务员帮我收起来了，结果等我去取充电器的时候在酒店里的苹果手机原装充电器已经找不到了，最后就随便找了一个充电器给我时我不要，工作人员还说解决不了这个问题，前台和客服中心互相推脱不给解决问题，还说他们也没办法，这种酒店谁还敢住啊没有安全保障，而且他们内部人士则认为此酒店管理混乱。

真的想说超烂的服务，登记个房子跟**欠了她们家多少钱似的一直摆着个脸。而且明明有空房，也许是网络订票，就直接给了个紧挨国道的房子，超吵，一晚上没睡着。很失败的一次订房。
