给家里老人订的，老革命后代去延安，订了两间房，前台说只订了一间，过完年回去后才给我说三个人在一个标间里休息的。另一间房子我订单显示也是已入住，你们这样做好吗？延安其他都好，就酒店入住体验太糟了。
