前台服务非常好，我们到的时候己经很晚了，前台给热毛巾擦脸，房间装修偏老，但是有台式电脑，床也很舒服，总体来说很不错。

酒店位置好环境好,市中心,窗外就是宝塔山,夜景美不胜收啊!早餐也不错,中西餐都有,品种丰富,有现做的米线面条煎鸡蛋臊子面等等,前台美女小赵服务耐心周到专业,酒店有停车场~

作为一个星级酒店除了前台服务热情以外其他乏善可陈……常出差……这是目前体验感最差星级酒店……整个酒店弥漫着一股饭店的混合味道……早餐口味一般……可能酒店接待旅行团的原因……整个早餐餐厅布置安排混乱……连个服务员都找不到……孩子想接点牛奶……桶里没有了没人换……奶桶翻了没有服务员处理……最奇葩的是没有现磨咖啡机……居然是三合一速溶咖啡兑水放桶里的……口味能淡出鸟来……掺水多了？……哈哈……老区这种酒店估计也就是皇帝的姑娘不愁嫁……有的是事业单位旅行团体的接待……不愁没有生意做……但做为个人绝不会去住第二次了……也不会推荐别人去住………

酒店位置不错，安排的房间能看宝塔山，早餐有地方特色，晚上酒店还安排了睡前牛奶和巧克力等，服务非常好，在这里要特别感谢16楼的服务员，我们在卫生间的地上扔了两双袜子，我们晚上回房间后发现袜子居然被洗干净了挂在卫生间，太让我们感动了，非常感谢16楼的服务员，最后离店坐车时，门口礼宾小伙子非常热情，一定要帮我们拿行李，叫车，等车，送我们上车后才挥手告别，酒店的服务让我们感受到了真正的宾至如归，谢谢…
