设施可以。服务意识待提升，押金比预付的房费还多，退房时查半天，尽然查有没有什么污损（包括小毛巾），住个酒店什么都不要用好了。比路边小店吓人呢。

酒店设施设备挺好的，卫生也都符合标准，前台接待都挺好，就是这退房的时候让客房服务员给我整尴尬了，我们是不抽烟的人她们却说我们把地毯烫了个洞，着实让我无语了，我们是上午10点退房，中午赶飞机叫好的出租车，让人等着也挺着急的，真是耽误了不少事，还好最后前台协商把手续办理了，还是头一回遇上这种情况，要赶上好说话的就真成冤大头了……
