首先，我预订酒店后去入住时，酒店居然说查不到订单，周旋了很久，最后我致电同程客服才解决，酒店前台服务态度很不好，还不知道同程网，卫生规模设施还比较满意，希望酒店在接待和服务态度上能有所改进！
