前台及客房工作人员素质很高，很热情。酒店地理位置很好，客房设施前卫，干净，位于繁华市区，既能看景，又可以逛街。景观房可以直接看到宝塔山、延河水，去景点交通很方便。在15楼旋转餐厅吃饭是一种享受。15块钱的营养早餐有些过于简单。

在延安革命老区，你住他家真是不错的选择，价钱不贵，地理位置优越，一出门过个马路就是宝塔山，清凉山，夜景也是相当不错。省去好多事，挺方便的。房间当时没有拍照，舒适，干净，挺好的。
