1 酒店游泳池和健身房都是收费的，第一次见到。
2 早餐很一般，餐厅接待服务人员像奶奶一样坐在沙发上让客人自己去找她报房号用餐。
3 大堂前台服务员服务态度差，老是板着个脸，像谁欠她钱似的。
综合来说，硬件设施一般，软件方面就差那么一大截了。达不到高档豪华酒店的标准。
