服务是真的不行 我在网上预定了之后 那时候下午一点左右到酒店正是退房时间高峰期 前台就一个人 很多要办退房 很多要办住店 我到酒店前面三个人 办完之后已经站了半小时 我很不耐烦 这个前台的也是动作慢 这个没办理好 又在给另一个办理 拖拖拉拉 半个入住登记耽误五十分钟 这种服务 这种效率速度 我真的是火大 本来我又是那几天肚子很疼 站那么久 还有个男的很美礼貌的插队 那个前台也不管 直接给他办理 我真想说一句 真是操尼玛 什么服务态度 难怪设施再好 服务不行 价格也只能这样了
