这次住的很不错，住的很开心。周边的配套服务也周全，即使春节期间，个大店铺商场都开门。打扫卫生阿姨服务也很好。就是晚上送水果可以不送的，我们有小孩子，睡的都比较早。

酒店设施很好，周边环境也不错。需要吐槽的是：开车到了酒店门前，根本找不到门童及地面车场管理员，酒店门前场地并不宽敞，道路两边停满了车，没有人指示车停在哪里，也找不到地下停车场入口，混乱至极。等了一会还是没人来，只好进大堂找到前台，出来一个服务人员，告知地下停车场方位，结果我倒车时，一位保洁阿姨与之前那位服务人员的对话发生了（我太太听到的）：阿姨--“他干嘛要倒车，直接开出去就行了”（她意思是要我逆行），服务人员---“不用管他，他愿意倒就倒呗” --------这俩人就像看热闹的，哪有一点五星级酒店服务人员的基本素质？！
坦率地说，我没有任何苏北地域歧视的偏见，但这种事不关己的冷漠服务态度在苏南以及上海的五星级酒店我从来没有经历过，此次实属遗憾。

酒店设施不错，水，空调，光照都给力。但是服务真心一星都多了，服务极为刻板生硬，完全没有服务精神，似乎难为到了客人是一件很光荣的事情，我真心无语了。

在盐城应该算是很好的酒店了。。。房间干净整洁。。。而且房间很大。。。服务态度更是没的说。。。客房卫生的张群真的很热情 有问必答的 卫生搞的又仔细又干净笑脸迎客。。。心情自然就很好啦 下次有机会再来的 一定还住这里
