服务态度非常差，开发票是说没有了，要第二天，那为啥不提前告知消费者，第二天有联系说邮寄了快递没来取呢，跟他要发票照片核对信息，各种遮遮掩掩就是不给，不知道这么大的酒店信任感来自哪里，建议选择其他酒店，此事让人感觉到一种被欺骗的
