因酒店床铺太软不习惯，应要求更换了房间，订单含入住礼品，首日说赠送饮料一份，前台都未主动赠送，等询问才给了一罐可乐，服务体验并不好，另外洗澡热水很不稳定，调好了一个舒适的水温，洗的时候突然变滚烫...更雪上加霜的是大冷天，空调制暖不给力，问酒店借用了取暖器....

首先从外面看酒店感觉很舒服，前台小姐姐的服务很贴心，作为一位入住～～～酒店的顾客，我用亲身经历发自内心的觉得，～～～酒店环境整洁，房间布局堪称完美，优雅又不失情调，服务周到，让人无比舒心。给我营造了一种家的感觉，无论大处到小处都是那么无懈可击，价格也很合理。下次定要再次来入住！
