房间很不错，空间比较大，四星标准，网上订的，到店时前台只有一个服务人员等了很长时间，而且订了两个房间只预留好了一个，预订的房型已满问我能否给降一级的房间，我拒绝后才给免费升级了房间。服务必须要吐槽一下，早餐品种一般情况，我们还没有吃完服务人员就忙着收拾东西，空位很多有必要这么着急吗？很让人反感。收拾完准备离开房间时服务人员不敲门就直接开门进入。总之，酒店虽然硬件上属于四星，但是服务远远低于标准，连商务酒店都不如，很失望。
