总体印象，不错。五星的设施，服务尚可，基本是有求必应。前台陈沛霖先生人性化服务，考虑我带了老人小孩，给升级了行政房，很宽敞，二张床，感谢。床品干净舒适。环境雅致。尤其值得一提的是酒店38元套餐，营养美味，自制的酸奶很好吃。酒店位置不错，出门金鹰商场、景点都有，不过想去老城区逛就远罗。退房时不愉快，住这么多回五星酒店第一次遇到这情况，已经出了酒店被二次打电话问有没有还雨伞，老人和小孩明明还了服务生，被告知没收到，无语。这说明酒店管理的漏洞，交接上出问题。
