服务水准不是差，而是很差！热水管坏了，说好晚上10点能修好，等到11点还没热水，最后还是到隔壁浴场去简单冲了一下，折腾到晚上12点多才睡，早上九点去用早餐，基本什么东西都没了，一群住客在餐厅端着盘子到处找吃的。。最可恶的是总台竟然不接电话，要么电话正忙，要么无人接听。。
