农家乐很干净，房间很大，卫生间也大，比经济型酒店大的多，离灵峰门口很近，住在朝南的房间基本就是山景房，且山峰近在咫尺，呵呵。老板也很热情。

就在灵峰景区门口，老板热情朴实，房间卫生这是住宿最关键所在，就是十一黄金周价格有点小贵，但总体很满意……

依客栈标准，还能住。毕竟价格在那，只138元。没有让老板接站，送站帮我们叫了车（当地村民的蓝牌车，一上车就晕，车况只能呵呵），花掉20元。客栈就在灵峰景区旁，我们一行看了灵峰夜景，直叹景区真会赚钱！不愧温州人啊！一个景区卖两次门票，白天一次！晚上一次！而且所谓的夜景还被炒作成雁荡山一绝！黑乎乎一片，宰人没商量。客栈附近吃饭是个问题，卫生都堪忧，凑合。

第一次住这种类型宾馆，出乎意料的好！装修很新，设施也很好，看上去很干净。窗外风景很好，周围很安静。老板烧的菜太好吃了！赞！
