早餐是勉强可以接受范围内，因为如果要求这种酒店提供高大上的早餐显然不可能。房间设施确实陈旧，墙壁起皮，地毯潮湿，最在意的是床品不是特别理想，出门在外最重要的是安全和酒店卫生。但是周边又找不到理想的酒店，遇到其他游客沟通后大家都是同感。

酒店位置很好，离灵峰灵岩都不远。就是普通房间在最里面，窗外是一堵墙😂还有就是空调有噪音，关不掉。至于早餐还可以，不过如果你去晚了可能就只剩下馒头了。性价比嘛，只能说看你愿不愿意花这个钱，其实根本不用住景区，雁荡山不大，你住乐清甚至温州都行，交通都来得及的。

早餐是自助餐，菜品不怎么丰富，适合带孩子出来玩，酒店位置不错，停车方便。购物也方便，晚上风景不错，喜欢的可以过来玩
